1. Prior availability check.
Before registering a trade name, verify that it is available:
Platform: OEPM, Trademark and Trade Name Locator.
This tool allows you to search for already registered trademarks or trade names.
2. Trade name registration application.
Once it is confirmed that the name is available, you must visit the OEPM Electronic Office. Here, you can submit your registration application.
You will need:
- Your identification (DNI, NIE, or digital certificate).
- Details of the trade name.
- Payment of the corresponding fee.
3. Payment of fees
Registration fees can be paid directly at the Electronic Office or via bank transfer, following the instructions provided by the OEPM.
